Soak Up Living (TM) is a site for women who seek maximum enjoyment, growth and fulfilment out of life and who strive to find the optimal balance between their individual, family and career needs.

Founded in 2005, the site offers articles, tips, videos and helpful services for women. Our desire is to help you discover and explore ways to:

Our founder, Elizabeth Clark, has 15 years of professional experience working at the White House, Dell Computers, and Motion Computing, and half a decade of entrepreneurial experience on the side in the areas of strategy consulting (www.LaunchEdge.com) and building/running multiple online businesses.

Elizabeth enjoys traveling and has visited more than 35 countries. She is a PADI-certified rescue diver and also enjoys metalsmithing, glass fusion, digital photography, cooking and wine tasting. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management from George Mason University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
